Large projects — roads, airports, power plants, industrial estates — must pass an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) covering noise and vibration. Standards & method
We reference ISO 1996-1/-2 for environmental noise measurement and ISO 9613-2 for outdoor sound propagation, modelled in SoundPLAN, together with the WHO Guidelines for Community Noise and the requirements of the Office of Natural Resources and Environmental Policy and Planning (ONEP).
